Quarter-finals :
- Netherlands / England : 7-13
- Spain / France : 13-8
- Lithuania / Finland : 13-10
- Denmark / Monaco : 8-13

Semi-finals :
- England (Alexandra Spillett and Hannah Griffin) / Spain (Carolina Pascual and Jenifer Lopez Sanchez) : 13-4
- Lithuania (Eugenija Karbociene and Irma Bagdanaviciene) / Monaco (Laura Vierjon and Myriam Chambeiron) : 2-13

Final :
- England (Alexandra Spillett and Hannah Griffin) / Monaco (Laura Vierjon and Myriam Chambeiron) : 9-13

Laura Vierjon and Myriam Chambeiron which represent Monaco, are the 2022 petanque european champions for women doublet.
